We will review both the interior and exterior of your home. After the visit, you can opt to receive a written list of recommendations to prepare your home for sale. This list includes suggestions for colors, decluttering, furniture placement, and highlighting your home’s best features while downplaying its weaknesses. This service provides expert advice to help you stage your home yourself.

We will create a tailored design plan for your home. We choose furniture, art, and accessories to make the empty space appealing to buyers. Our goal is to make your home inviting and increase its value for potential buyers through art placement, accessory arrangement, furniture placement, and more! We want your online photos to really shine and attract tons of buyers!
Price: $2000 minimum * Pricing depends on square footage and number of rooms.

Design Services:

This service provides a detailed design plan with a prioritized punch list of impactful cosmetic updates, a curated shopping board that works with your existing pieces, and finish and material selections for remodeling projects — all to create a cohesive, polished look for your home!

Airbnb Sourcing Service offers a budget-friendly way to style your space. Included in this package: 2.5-hour consultation (online or in-person). Mood boards for each area/room, direct links to buy items. Implementation details with videos, illustrations, and inspiration images. We help you choose products that fit your design needs, and you can order furniture directly. You’ll get simple guides and ongoing support.*Price: $450-600 per room, depending on property size.

Complete Airbnb Styling Service: We take care of everything from consultation to installation! This package includes: space planning, choosing colors and finishes, selecting furniture and decor, managing the budget, making purchases, delivering, installing, and styling.
